You may do your job to help others come into Christ in actuality. But you cannot use it for selfish benefit especially by hurting other people by doing so.
Eternal marriage is still possible regardless of group failure.
Those who obtain calling and election in this life, receive the same keys. When the Lord decides that person understands enough, and can handle it in an appropriate way.
